Trade Stand Registration - Artisan Christmas Market & Santa Paws at Chester House Estate

Join us for 

Artisan Christmas Market & Santa Paws Event, 

taking place on 

Saturday & Sunday 7-8th December 2024, from 10am - 4.00pm, 

at Chester House Estate, Wellingborough, NN29 7EZ

Book your trading stall and showcase your products, to hundreds of visitors during our festive weekend. 

The weekend event offers free entry and parking, and our program will include live music, festive drinks and food, and welcomes families, children and dogs alike. The perfect day out for all the family, and great opportunity to shop unique Christmas presents, away from the highstreets, yet locally and from small businesses.  

The event will be advertised and promoted locally through newspaper, radio and social media coverage, and our successful Meet Santa Paws event will be running for the third year running. We welcome applications from all kinds of businesses, local artists and artisans. 

The event will run alongside the generic Chester House Father Christmas Experience, which is a ticketed event and will therefore bring addtional footfall of hundreds of guest and visitors to the Estate over the course of the weekend.  

To ensure a good outcome of all traders and businesses involved, we will limit the number of accepted stall applications for popular trading categories, but please note that we are unable to give exclusivity for any product categories. 

Please ensure you list all product categories you are intending to sell on the day and in respect of fellow trading stalls we can't permit the display and sale of newly added and unregistered product category on the day. 

If you wish to add to your offering after you registered your stand, please email us with what products and categories you would like to add to your stand offering, so we an ensure that this doesn't clash with other popular categories or stall neighbours offering on the day.
